• предварительно записанным онлайн-курсам и видеоурокам,
• онлайн-вебинарам в режиме реального времени,
• гибридным тренингам: онлайн-теория в сочетании с офлайн-практикой (лично),
• любым цифровым учебным материалам (видео, PDF-файлы, презентации, рабочие тетради и т. д.), предоставляемым как часть вышеперечисленного (совместно именуемым «Курсы» или «Цифровой контент»).

1.2. В настоящих Условиях курса:
• «Студент», «Участник», «вы», «ваш» – любое лицо, приобретающее Курсы или получающее к ним доступ;
• «Цифровой контент» – любой нефизический контент, предоставляемый в электронном виде (видео, PDF-файлы, записи и т. д.);
• «Офлайн-практика» – любые личные занятия, модельные дни или семинары, связанные с Курсом.

1.3. Настоящие Условия курса применяются как к студентам-потребителям, так и к профессионалам, приобретающим Курсы в деловых целях.

<р>2.1. Наши курсы могут включать в себя:
• онлайн-курсы для самостоятельного обучения (заранее записанные уроки),
• запланированные живые вебинары (онлайн),
• гибридные форматы (онлайн-теория + оффлайн-практика).

2.2. Видеоуроки и цифровые материалы транслируются/размещаются через специализированный потоковый сервис Bunny.net, базирующийся в ЕС, и/или нашу платформу онлайн-обучения. Вы получите личные данные для входа или ссылки для просмотра контента.

2.3. Офлайн-практики (если они включены) проводятся в определенных местах и ​​времени, которые указаны в описании курса или по электронной почте.

<р>3.1. Чтобы записаться на курс, вы должны:
• завершить процесс регистрации/оплаты на Веб-сайте и
• оплатить стоимость курса, используя один из доступных способов оплаты.


3.2. Договор на Курс заключается, когда мы подтверждаем вашу регистрацию и/или предоставляем доступ к Цифровому контенту.

3.3. Мы можем отказать или отменить регистрацию на Курс, например, если:
• оплата не произведена,
• Курс заполнен или отменен,
• есть подозрение в неправильном использовании или нарушении наших Условий.

В таких случаях мы сообщим вам об этом и, если оплата была произведена, возместим стоимость курса.

3.4. После подтверждения регистрации вы получите:
• информацию о том, как получить доступ к онлайн-платформе и материалам, и/или
• подробную информацию о датах и ​​местах проведения любых живых или офлайн-сессий.






<р>4.1. Если иное не указано в описании Курса, мы предоставляем доступ к материалам онлайн-курса на 3 месяца.

4.2. Период доступа начинается с даты, указанной для этого Курса, которая может быть:
• датой, когда мы впервые предоставляем доступ к области онлайн-обучения, и/или
• официальной датой начала Курса или группы.


4.3. По истечении периода доступа ваш доступ к материалам Курса может быть автоматически отключен. Вы несете ответственность за ознакомление с материалами в течение указанного времени.

4.4. Любой расширенный или пожизненный доступ должен быть явно указан в описании конкретного Курса. В противном случае применяется стандартное правило трехмесячного доступа.

5.1. For EU consumers purchasing digital Courses online, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply under EU law. However, this right typically does not apply once:
• you have received full digital access to the Course, and
• you have expressly agreed to start receiving digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that
• you lose your withdrawal right.


5.2. As a general rule at iColor:
• Course fees can be refunded only before the Course starts and before access to digital materials is granted.
• Once you have received access to the Digital Content or the Course has started, no refunds are provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.


5.3. In practice, this means:
• If you change your mind before the Course starts and before we provide access, you can request a refund.
• If you already have access to the platform or materials, or a live webinar has taken place, refunds are normally not available.


5.4. For hybrid Courses (online + offline):
• the above rules apply to the digital part;
• cancellations or changes regarding offline practice days are subject to the specific Course description and communications from our team.


5.5. If a Course is cancelled by iColor (for example due to low enrolment or trainer illness) and no alternative date or equivalent access is offered, you are entitled to a refund of the Course fee paid.

5.6. For detailed rules on refunds of physical products (pigments, devices, etc.), please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6.1. You are responsible for:
• ensuring that you have the necessary technical equipment and internet connection to access online Courses;
• using your own account and not sharing your login details with others;
• following safety, hygiene and regulatory rules in your country when applying what you learn.


6.2. During live webinars or offline practice, you must behave respectfully towards trainers, staff and other participants. We reserve the right to remove you from a session or terminate your access if your behaviour is abusive, discriminatory, dangerous or otherwise unacceptable. In such cases, we may refuse refunds.

6.3. iColor courses focus on professional techniques and recommended practices, but we cannot guarantee specific clinical or commercial outcomes (e.g. number of clients, income).

7.1. All Course materials, including:
• video lessons
• PDFs, presentations, handouts, workbooks,
• course texts, diagrams, photos and other resources,
are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remain the property of iColor and/or our trainers and partners.

7.2. When you enrol in a Course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the materials for your own professional learning only.

7.3. You are not allowed to:
• share, sell, rent, gift or otherwise transfer your access or login details to third parties;
• copy, upload, publish or distribute Course materials (or any substantial part of them) publicly or to colleagues, groups, schools or other third parties;
• record and share internal videos or live webinars without our prior written consent;
• use our materials to create competing courses, trainings or educational products.


7.4. Any unauthorised sharing, resale, account sharing or other violation of these rules may result in immediate:
• suspension or termination of your access to Courses, and/or
• legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights.


8.1. For some Courses, we may offer certificates of completion or attendance. Whether a certificate is issued, and under which conditions, is always specified in the Course description or communicated by our team.

8.2. Conditions for receiving a certificate may include, for example:
• completion of all required lessons or modules,
• submission of homework or case studies,
• participation in live sessions or offline practice,
• successful passing of a test or assessment.


8.3. We reserve the right to refuse a certificate if we reasonably believe that:
• the requirements were not met,
or
• the Student violated our Terms (e.g. by sharing accounts or copying materials).


9.1. To access online Courses, you are responsible for:
• a stable internet connection,
• compatible device (computer, tablet or smartphone),
• up-to-date browser and software.

9.2. We aim to keep Courses available and accessible throughout your access period. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
• maintenance or updates,
• technical issues at our hosting or streaming providers,
• circumstances beyond our control.


9.3. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly and minimise disruptions. Temporary unavailability does not normally entitle you to a refund, but we may extend access in appropriate cases at our discretion.

8.3. We reserve the right to refuse a certificate if we reasonably believe that:
• the requirements were not met,
or
• the Student violated our Terms (e.g. by sharing accounts or copying materials).


10.1. Nothing in these Course Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• iColor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of income, clients or business opportunities) resulting from the use of our Courses;
• our total liability for any claim related to a specific Course is limited to the Course fee you paid for that Course.


10.3. You are responsible for:
• ensuring that you have the necessary professional qualifications and licences required by law in your country to perform PMU procedures;
• applying the techniques learned in compliance with hygiene, safety and health regulations.

Courses and materials are educational and informational in nature and do not replace local legal requirements or medical advice.

11.1. We process your personal data (including data related to your Course registration, progress and communications) in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and the GDPR.

11.2. Data relating to Courses may include:
• your name and contact details,
• information about purchased Courses and access,
• progress data and participation in webinars/practice,
• communication with trainers or support.


11.3. You can find detailed information about:
• purposes and legal bases of processing,
• data retention periods,
• your rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, etc.),
in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
